what I built
A signup page, a Stripe checkout at 149 pounds a month, a brief generator, free personal supplier reports, and three outreach tests: 30 personal report emails, a test across 5 niches with 50 suppliers each, and a partner pitch pack for 10 expiring contracts.

what happened
- 0 real signups. All 5 leads were spam bots, and the 3 briefs sent went to bots.
- 0 payments.
- None of the 3 outreach tests was ever sent.
- After cleaning, only 4 of the 10 partner pitches were strong, and 2 of the algorithm's top picks were wrong.
what broke
- The thank-you page showed the home page.
- My own ad blocker blocked the analytics.
- A bridge job made frozen data look fresh.
decision
No traffic ever reached the offer, so this is not a market verdict.
- A test that is never sent teaches nothing.
