how I work
- Agent-based development. AI agents write most of the code and do most of the collection work. I set the task, review the result and decide what ships.
- Own infrastructure. The systems run on a server I operate myself, with static sites where a static site is enough.
- Approval first. Agents draft. Nothing sends a message or spends money without a person approving it.
