The question. Will UK tradespeople pay for an SMS office that chases their unpaid invoices, when they hear about it by postcard?
what I built
A two-way SMS agent that acts as the office, a payment chase ladder at day 0, 7 and 14 that runs in dry-run until a person turns sending on, Stripe billing in test mode and a postcard engine with QR tracking.

what happened
- 15 real SMS round trips.
- 249,200 UK trade companies could be reached by post, 6,946 of them new in the last 90 days.
- Waitlist: 0. No stranger had seen the product yet.
Cost. The planned 200 postcard test would have cost about 204 pounds. It never ran.
decision
Paused before the postcard test. The product works in dry-run. Demand was never tested.
