Tankely: AI chat for Danish schools
The question. Will Danish schools run a two week pilot of an AI chat where teachers can see every conversation?
what I built
The full pilot flow: a teacher creates a class, students log in with a class code and a PIN, they chat in three dialogue modes, and the teacher sees everything in a dashboard. Built GDPR first.

what happened
- 0 pilot leads.
- Only 7 of 27 researched school contacts had a confirmed email address.
- The blog stayed a 404 page.
what broke
- The contact email on the site pointed to the wrong inbox until it was fixed.
decision
Paused. The product worked end to end. Distribution was the bottleneck.
