A post-purchase reveal that gives the buyer a discount code, with compliance webhooks, a production deploy and a listing pack. Plus research for a second app.

- Validated live on a development store.
- Research found that the median listed Shopify app earns under 1,000 dollars a month.
- Research for app 2 proved the pain and the willingness to pay, but the category was taken.
- Never submitted to the app store, so 0 installs.
what broke
- The domain sat in another registrar account, so DNS could not be moved.
decision
Stopped before listing.
- Find app gaps through your own review mining, not through blog lists of gaps.
