Supervised daily agent sessions instead of unattended scripts

what I built

Four scheduled Claude tasks that check the procurement and law data every day, compare sample rows with the original source, write a short report and put anything that needs a decision into one approval file.

what happened

• A spot check found 10 of 10 UK rows matched the original source.
• The checks caught that 0 rows had been collected in 7 days and that the UK collectors had stopped on 17 October.
• The subscription was only about 35 percent used per week, so cost was not the limit.

what broke

• No scheduled run ever finished on its own. Each one stopped at the first permission prompt.

decision

It works step by step when I run it by hand. Paused together with the procurement project.
