The question. Will local clinics, and later Google Ads buyers, pay for an audit of what AI assistants say about them?
what I built
Three versions of the same offer, each with working checkout links: an AI visibility report for dental clinics, a ChatGPT Ads audit and setup for Google Ads buyers, and a UK version priced in pounds with a sample report.

what happened
- Prices tested: 499 dollars for the clinic report, 499 and 999 dollars plus 99 a month for the ads offer, and 399 and 999 pounds plus 79 a month in the UK.
- Cold emails went to UK firms in early September. No sales are recorded for any version.
- A small capped ads campaign of my own was built but never switched on.
- Lighthouse scores on the sample report went from 90, 91, 100 and 58 to 100 on all four.
what broke
- A second agent pushed unreviewed screenshots to a live client page. They were deleted at the source within minutes, and capture rules changed. The full story is in the control section on the front page.
decision
Three positions in four weeks and no sale. The site now leads with measurement and research instead of a sales offer.
