Agentis: AI case documents and meeting minutes in Danish

what I built

First 8 casework flows for municipalities, with legal citations, a hash audit trail and human approval. Then a pivot to meeting minutes from audio, with a demo of 10 fictional meetings and 129 lines of dialogue with planted contradictions and delays.

what happened

• 0 leads for the municipal version.
• 7 of the 8 flows were not linked from anywhere, so visitors could not find them.
• The market was locked by a large central project with 18 suppliers.
• Phone outreach to Danish umbrella organisations for the minutes product: 1 no and 2 pending so far.
• The minutes demo went live in September. No test with real users is recorded.

what broke

• The demo chat ran without a working model key from 26 September to 19 October.

Paused until the demo has been tested on real people.
